In August 2006, the Estate of Gosdan Bozajian bequest a sum of money to the Armenian Cultural Association of America, Inc. From this bequest of approximately $50,000.00 which was tendered in the form of Exxon corporate stock the ACAA Board of Directors created the Gosdan E. Bozajian Hairenik Memorial Fund and asked the ACAA Trustees to manage said funds in the manner of policy & procedures as the other endowed funds A fully executed Trust Agreement was created with The Estate of Constantine E. Bozajian, Nancy V. Carlin, Executrix. The funds from this Trust Agreement have been directed towards costs for publication of the Hairenik Armenian Newspaper and the Armenian Weekly.
